Free Plan

Every account has access to the Free plan permanently. You get unlimited memories, capped only by 1 GB of media storage. Add family members, answer Legacy prompts, and upload photos until you hit the cap — then you can free up space, refer friends to earn more storage, or upgrade. It's a generous way to explore the app and decide if it's right for your family.

Trial Plan

When you create a new account, you automatically receive a free 7-day trial of the Premium plan. No credit card required. During the trial, you get full access to every feature — unlimited memories, AI-powered voice recording, smart transcription, and 25 GB of storage.

After 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You won't lose any memories or files you've already created.

Your Premium features activate instantly after payment.

What Happens When You Downgrade

If your trial expires or you cancel Premium:

Your existing memories, photos, and Legacy notes are preserved — nothing is deleted
You can still view and edit everything you've already created
Memories stay unlimited — only media uploads pause once you exceed the 1 GB Free storage cap (text-only memories still work)
AI features (voice recording, transcription, summarize) become unavailable
