Can family add to my memories?
People you invite can view what you share, ask you questions and add their own perspective. They can send you photos to review, but only you edit your memories.
What happens when my trial ends or I cancel Premium?
At the end of the trial nothing is charged, because there is no card to charge, and your account moves to Free. If you cancel Premium, you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Either way, everything you saved stays and you can keep writing and recording your voice. Automatic transcription, photo restoration and the extra storage stop. Free includes 1 GB and 2 invited family members, and anyone you already invited keeps access. Over 1 GB, new photo and video uploads pause. Compare plans
Can I keep my own copy?
Yes, on any plan. You can download your memories, photos, video and recordings as a zip you can open offline. Private memories and letters are only included if you tick the box for them, and photos are saved at the quality stored in the app. We recommend keeping a copy yourself.
