Getting started with Memory Murals is simple. You can create an account in under a minute and begin adding memories right away — no credit card required.
How to Sign Up
Visit app.memorymurals.com/signup and choose one of these sign-up methods:
Sign-Up Options
Sign up with Google
Tap "Continue with Google" to use your existing Google account. This is the fastest option — one tap and you're in.
Sign up with email
Enter your name, email address, and choose a password. You'll receive a verification email — tap the link to confirm your address.
Both methods create the same full account. Choose whichever feels easiest for you.
Email Verification
If you sign up with email, check your inbox for a verification message from Memory Murals. Tap the link inside to confirm your email address. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.
Using Google sign-in?
Your email is verified automatically through Google — no extra step needed.
What Happens After Signup
Once you're in, Memory Murals walks you through a short onboarding flow:
- Welcome screen — a quick overview of what Memory Murals does
- Add your first family member — enter the name and relationship of someone important to you (you can skip this and add people later)
- Your first memory — a welcome memory is created for you automatically so you can see how the Timeline works
After onboarding, you land on your Timeline — the main screen where all your memories live. From here you can start adding stories, photos, and voice recordings immediately.
Your Free Trial
Every new account starts with a free 7-day trial of the Premium plan. During your trial you get:
- Unlimited memories (free plan allows 10)
- Full AI features — voice transcription, smart fill, summarize
- 25 GB storage for photos, videos, and documents
No credit card is needed to start your trial. After 7 days, your account moves to the Free plan automatically. You won't lose any memories you've already created — you just won't be able to add more than 10 until you upgrade.
