Go to Account > Help & Support
Tap "Chat with Guide Bot"
Type your question in plain language

The Guide Bot can help with:

2. Email Support

For issues the Guide Bot can't solve — billing problems, account issues, bug reports, or anything that needs a human touch.

Tap "Email Support"
Choose a topic: General, Adding Memories, Billing, Managing Family, or Technical Issue
Write your message and send

What to Include in Your Email

The more detail you provide, the faster we can help:

What you were trying to do — the specific action or feature
What happened — the error or unexpected behavior
Your device and browser — iPhone/Android, Chrome/Safari, etc.
Screenshots — if something looks wrong, a screenshot helps enormously

Our team typically responds within 24 hours. For billing issues, we usually respond faster.

Conversation Threads

When you email support, a ticket is created automatically. You can view all your support conversations and replies right in the app under Help & Support. No need to dig through your email inbox.
